Damaged & Defective Products
If a Customer receives products that are damaged or defective, they can return them back to SELAS MapShop within 10 working days from the date the product is delivered to the customer’s location.
Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify our MapShop immediately in order to arrange for a carrier inspection and a collection of damaged products.
At the same time, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or at +357-22336633 WITHIN THE FIRST 48 HOURS of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for our company in order to file a damage claim. Damaged merchandise can be exchanged for the exact same product.
The order receipt note must be included together with the returned products. The returned products should be in the original condition and not used in any manner.
Customers can return a product for any reason within 10 working days from the delivery date at the customer’s location. The returned products must be in the same condition that were received by the customer. Products that have being used, damaged or stained in any manner will not be accepted. Return shipping to SELAS MapShop is at the customer’s expense. Returned products can be exchanged with another product or products of the same value and the customer shall undertake the shipping cost.
- Customer is responsible for returning damaged or defective products to SELAS MapShop which will ship replacement products upon receipt of damaged or defective items.
- All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification.
- Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
Exceptions to the above policies:
Products designated as “This Sale Final”, “No Returns”, or similar language can not be returned.
